One of our first stops in Germany was the small city of Bamberg.
Our walk up to the Cathedral was cold and windy but the sun finally poked out towards the end of the day.
Back in March I embarked on a journey with the best traveling companion, my grandma. Instead of posting during our action-packed trip, I decided to blog after returning home. However, once I returned home, I realized why I usually publish my travel blogs live… post-travel motivation runs low. My 5,000 unedited photos became a daunting task; a reminder of my recent vacation and its upsetting completion. But it’s now time to share with you all my photos from my trip, beginning with Prague. Enjoy.
The Prague Castle: the largest ancient castle in the world.
The Old Town of Prague.
Great food was a commonality on this trip, and Prague started this trend off strong. I tried the world famous trdelnik: an ice cream cone made out of a sugar coated donut. Mine was filled with warm apple strudel and topped with whipped cream. Yes, it was as good as it sounds.
Stay tuned for my next post about Germany!
