Today’s seminar was about food in the outdoors. Instead of our routine ris grøt for dinner we cooked gyros over an open fire. Our cooking group was very efficient- Jonas even managed to redeem himself by making delicious baked apples. The gyros were great. They consisted of meatballs, fried potatoes, grilled onions, tzatziki sauce and diced lettuce and tomatoes. I don’t typically like tomatoes, but when in Roma… Am I right?
